● 18 years as Director of Real Estate at McCarty Holman Company, managing five family partnerships with ownership of 15 shopping centers and various freestanding investment properties. timberland and development properties. Included all aspects of asset management:  leasing, management, financing, insurance, development and operating pro-formas, sales and acquisitions, and oversite of construction and budgeting.
