I am a highly effective senior management professional with a comprehensive background in residential real estate operations, sales and management, project management, training, coaching and marketing campaign execution. I have heavy experience in risk management, transaction file review and contract knowledge and am extremely detail oriented. I possess an accomplished and results-oriented track record directing all aspects of real estate operations and sales by exercising a strong commitment to excellence.

As a Realtor for 37 years, I have helped countless families get happily moved! I have specialized in seniors who are “rightsizing”, young, growing families needing extra space and empty nesters heading for their next adventure. I have been fortunate to work primarily by referral from friends, business associates and family. My network of agents and other professionals allows me to “cast a wide net” for referrals and recruiting.

My greatest accomplishment was in my role as the Executive Vice-President of J. Rockcliff Realtors. Together with the President, we built a technology forward, state of the art marketing real estate company and team of real estate professionals and staff that allowed us to be number one in the east bay market for over eleven years.

I have served at the California Association of Realtors on the Board of Directors since 2002 primarily in the legal arena, having chaired (and vice-chaired) the Legal Affairs Forum, Legal Action Fund Trustees and Defense Strategy Advisory to name a few. I am currently serving as the Legal Issues and Information Liaison to the Executive leadership. I am also appointed to the Legal Action Committee at the National Association of Realtors and am currently the Vice-Chair.

I have passion for the real estate industry, meeting new people managing real estate operations, training at all levels, and overseeing a motivated team. I earned recognition as a Realtor Emeritus and received Realtor of the Year award honors from the Contra Costa Association of Realtors as a highly respected, hardworking and collaborative Realtor. I am adept at developing and training multi-disciplinary teams in line with aggressive performance metrics.

I have a good working knowledge of real estate law, mediation, Errors & Omissions, etc. from a “practitioner’s” perspective. I recently was asked by CAR Chief Counsel to sit on a panel before the DRE (investigators and others) to explain the anatomy of a transaction.
