Hope is a native of Greenville, South Carolina and has lived in the area all her life.

She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a BA in Psychology.

She is a Commercial Broker with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services C. Dan Joyner Commercial Division and focuses on retail-related transactions. She began her real estate career in residential real estate several years ago and before that time managed her family's business, TZ's Fine Wines & Spirits, worked as a wine distributor and then went back to the real estate industry.  She has gained her retail and marketing experience and moved it right into the commercial side of real estate specializing in leasing and sales of office and retail space and land and industrial property.

She is member of the Greater Greenville Realtors Association, National Realtors Association, Multiple Listing Service, CCIM, Certified Commercial Investment Member, and a character member of CREW Commercial Real Estate Women.

She is a member of the St George Greek Orthodox Cathedral and has served on the Church Board and former Sunday School Director.  She is active member in The Philoptohos Society and The Daughters of Penelope. She is also active in the Annual Greek Festival and serves as the Admissions Chair.  Her commitment to clients is matched by her love for all things Greenville.  After all, making clients’ dreams come true is helping Greenville grow, one transaction at a time!

She has been past Chair of the Taste of the Upstate (for almost twenty years) and is still a strong advocate for helping to feed the hungry in the Upstate.
