John Flor

After college at the University of Minnesota, he was commissioned an officer in the U.S. Navy and served ten years as a Naval Flight Officer in the EA-6B Prowler. After serving his country he decided to join his parents at Six Lakes Realty.

Six Lakes Realty has been a part of the Northwestern Wisconsin community since 1978. The legacy of service began in 1989 when Butch and Barb Flor purchased the firm. 2001 brought Managing Broker, John Flor, to Six Lakes Realty with the desire to carry on the family business.  John's wife, Julie, joined the firm as a buyer's agent in 2014 and is now John's partner and fellow Team leader.  In June of 2020 Six Lakes Realty joined forces with the international brand Keller Williams Realty. The largest real estate company in the world, giving the Six Lakes Team access to all of Keller Williams back room horsepower, while still preserving a brand that has become synonymous with quality and service in Northwestern Wisconsin.

John is highly involved with the local, state and National Realtor Associations, having served as the Chairman of the Wisconsin Realtors Association, Treasurer of the National Association of Realtors and the President of the Realtors Association of Northwestern Wisconsin. He currently holds five real estate designations and thrives on giving back to the real estate industry and his community.
