Kathy Fowler is a Broker Associate with Epique Realty in Oklahoma. Prior to moving to Oklahoma City, Kathy was a REALTOR® in Enid for 12 years, where she served as her local board president in 2009 and was honored as REALTOR® of the Year in 2007. A dedicated industry leader, she is a graduate of the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS® Leadership program and served as the 2018 State President.

Born and raised in Northwest Montana, Kathy has had a diverse career—from fighting forest fires to working as an insurance agent—while also being the proud mom of an amazing daughter! Outside of real estate, she took on the challenge of distance running, completing 13 half marathons in 2013, along with 7 full marathons, including the Marine Corps Marathon. In June 2015, she pushed her limits even further, finishing her first (and likely last!) 50-mile ultramarathon in Montana.

Ms. Fowler was recognized as the 2018 REALTOR® of the Year for the Oklahoma Metro Association of REALTORS® (OKCMAR) and remains deeply involved in the industry. She actively serves on multiple NAR, OKCMAR, and State Board of Directors committees.

On a national level, Kathy has contributed as a National Association of REALTORS® Board Director, served on several RPAC Presidential Advisory Groups, and participated in the Housing Opportunity Committee. A 2013 graduate of the National Leadership Program, she is currently the Federal Political Coordinator for Representative Frank Lucas. Her leadership roles include serving on the RPAC Fundraising Trustees, as 2015 & 2022 Chair of the Major Investor Council, 2016 RPAC Fundraising Liaison, and 2020 Chair of the Federal RPAC Disbursement Committee.
