Lou Baldwin

Lou Baldwin joined Baldwin Properties, founded in 1928, in 1986 and has been the owner and President since 1989. Lou has established himself as a leader in the Winston-Salem community through his civic and professional involvement and is a recognized leader in Downtown Redevelopment. Lou Baldwin joined Baldwin Properties, founded in 1928, in 1986 and has been the owner and President since 1989. Lou has established himself as a leader in the Winston-Salem community through his civic and professional involvement and is a recognized leader in Downtown Redevelopment. Lou's involvements include: Past President of North Carolina REALTORS, where he has been named REALTOR of the Year and is in the NC REALTOR Hall of Fame. Lou currently serves as Chairman of the NCR Past Presidents Council. Lou is on the Board of Directors of the National Association of REALTORS, where he has served on multiple committees and chaired Consumer Communications and Single Family Home Investment Management. Lou served as NAR's Federal Political Coordinator (FPC), the Association's primary liaison to United States Senator Richard Burr, for 28 years. Lou was recognized in 2017 with NAR's FPC Meritorious Service Award, granted annually to two FPCs nationally who have demonstrated exceptional service. He has also been twice named FPC of the Year by NC REALTORS. Lou is a Golden R Presidents Circle Member of NAR's RPAC Hall of Fame.
