Ronna Brand, 2007 President of the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of REALTORS® (BHGLAAR), has been at the helm of Brand Realty, Inc. for three decades. Combining residential brokerage with relocation and leasing services, her firm's “Special Brand” provides the personalized service of a smaller agency while producing the results of a larger brokerage company.

Ms. Brand's personal strengths include the skillful representation of sellers and the intuitive pairing of buyers with an ideal home in a community suited to their lifestyle.

A veteran of intricate negotiations, Ronna can take the “toughest deal” to the table and have everyone sharing a meal after it's done.

 As 2007, President of BHGLAAR she launched several new committees expanding educational seminars to better equip her membership with the tools necessary to practice as professional and responsible REALTORS®. She created and produced the “Donald J. Trump Awards” annually from 2006 - 2008 to highlight the Association's ongoing efforts to “Protect Property Rights” for the communities it serves.

Ms. Brand serves as a State Director for the California Association of REALTORS® (CAR), and maintains constant presence with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). In 2010 Ronna had the esteemed honor to join the Real Estate Commission for Senator Curren Price. In 2012 Governor Edmond G. Brown appointed Ms. Brand as the only REALTOR® representative on the Structural Pest Control Board, and in 2013 she was re-elected for an additional four years.

Ronna coined the phrase “globalizing local real estate,” an axiom she puts into practice by expanding her business to accommodate the special needs of international buyers. Ronna's worldwide designations include “Certified International Specialist” (CIPS), the “Transnational Referral Certification” (TRC), and membership in the Associated Realty of the Americas (AREA).
