Area Info

The ASSOCIATED REALTY OF THE AMERICAS (AREA) was formed in 2006 as a private corporation registered in Arizona by its founder, Carl Bosse.  Carl retired in 2023 and AREA was purchased by Ken Libby and registered in North Carolina.  Ken, with the vote of the Board of Directors (BOD) converted AREA into a private non-profit, IRS Section 501 C(6) organization.  AREA is now operated by its members through the SEVEN (7) person elected BOD.  More information about the history of AREA and a list of all 18 Annual Retreat locations can be found in the section entitled DEFINING AREA  !
